The header displays information on officially declared major, class year, and progress toward degree completion.

A. Degree type indicated here.

B. Progress toward requirement completion indicated as a percentage.

C. Progress toward credit completion indicated as a percentage. 35 credits are needed to graduate.

The legend at the bottom of the page defines symbols you may see in your degree audit.

A. Green check marks within a circle indicates that a requirement is satisfied.

B. A blue circle half-filled indicates that an in-progress class, if successfully completed, will satisfy the requirement.

C. The @ symbol is a wildcard and indicates any course number.

D. A red circle indicates that a requirement is not satisfied.

E. A yellow exclamation mark within a circle indicates that a requirement is nearly complete. See your advisor for more information.

F. An R within parenthesis indicates a repeated class.

The degree section displays a summary of the blocks that follow and whether they are complete. Included here are the number of credits required for your degree (35) and the credits applied so far. Applied credits includes credits completed and in-progress. 

A. The red, “Incomplete,” tag indicates the requirements for the Degree are not satisfied. The tag changes to a green and displays, “Complete,” when the Degree requirements are satisfied.

B. Catalog year lists the publication year of the ORC/Catalog which includes the degree requirements used in this audit report. Students are subject to the requirements listed in the ORC/Catalog in the year they matriculate.

C. Incomplete requirements display the text, “Still needed” followed by a link to that requirement section which contains more detail.

This block provides details about pre-matriculation credits and exemptions awarded. Pre-matriculation credits not count toward the number of credits (35) required for graduation however, these credits appear on the academic transcript. This block contains information on specific courses that are required for graduation. The ORC/Catalog contains information on the English/Writing, First-year seminar, and foreign language requirements.
